Website Visitor Data Collection

ProLender Solutions does not track personal information from its website visitors.

However, ProLender Solutions uses Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google which utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of www.prolender.com, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Google Analytics collects the following information:

• Demographics (i.e., language, country/territory and city);
• System (i.e., browser, operating system and internet service provider);
• Mobile (i.e., device category, device, operating system, input selector, internet service provider and screen resolution);
• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• Date and time;
• Referring website.

"Do Not Track" signals from the visitors' browser are handled by Google Analytics.

Third Party Sharing

ProLender Solutions generally does not share or sell client information with third parties (e.g., name, company, phone number, address, email address, etc.).

However, there may be instances when an individual client’s contact information may be shared with a vendor in order to facilitate a relationship between the client and the vendor.

In the event ProLender Solutions participates in a joint marketing campaign with a vendor, it distributes the marketing materials directly to its clients. Client data is never exchanged with the vendor.

Sales Lead Data Collection and Management

The ProLender Solutions Sales and Marketing Department collects information about sales leads from a variety of online and offline sources. However, the information is never sold to third parties.

There may be instances when a lead's contact information may be shared with a vendor in order to facilitate a relationship between the lead and the vendor.

Email Opt Out

If you do not wish to receive email from ProLender Solutions regarding client news, products, services or support, please follow one or both of the steps below:

To opt out of receiving email notifications from the ProLender Sales and Marketing Department (e.g. client news, product notifications, press releases or marketing emails), reply to the marketing email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

To opt out of receiving email notifications from the ProLender Support Department, either: a) send an email to support@prolender.com requesting the email address be removed from the support system; b) the ProLender Administrator or the user may remove the user's email address from ProLenderConnect. Nots: 1) Either of these options will result in the user no longer receiving update notifications or emails from the Support Department. 2) If the user contacts the Support department, their email address will be added back into the support system.

Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change over time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page. Significant changes to the policy will be posted in a prominent place on the website.
